Your Division Commissioner should be your first source for any questions, concerns, or complaints concerning TEAM issues. This includes but is not limited to rules, player issues, and disputes/concerns with other coaches, parents, umpires, etc. When in doubt, contact your respective commissioner first and if the issue is better handled by a different board member, they will make sure you are referred quickly.
